Security and safety is our number one priority. Every square inch of our school and playground is monitored by 24 hour video surveillance. We have a secure locking system that is only accessible via key fob or a permitted entry from the inside of the building. In addition, our playground is protected by a 6-foot tall fence with two independent security cameras.

Chelsea Vargo is the Owner & Director of Love Laugh Learn. She is a Cedar Grove resident and the loving mother of four children - Aidan (9), Preston (6), Jaxson (3), and Remington (1). Chelsea not only understands children from a mother's perspective, but she has also been working with children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years old for the past 20 years.

In our infant room, we understand the importance of your infant's every need. We know how it feels to leave your little lion in someone else's hands each day and we do our best to make this transition as easy as possible. A little smile, fuss, kiss, or first tooth, we will be there along the way with you and will keep you updated through Love, Laugh, Learn's customized Tadpoles App!

Even with all of that, our most important safety measure is the fact that we are a family-owned and operated facility. Ms. Chelsea, the Owner and Director, will be at the school caring for and overseeing your children each and every day. We have installed large windows in each room to ensure visibility throughout the school and a central security monitoring system.

Through extensive research, we are proud to announce our implementation of the award-winning Creative Curriculum for the development of your children. Not only is the Creative Curriculum endorsed by the New Jersey Department of Education, Parents as Teachers, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children, but it is also used by many local elementary schools, including right here in Cedar Grove!
