We are a group of early childhood educators, child care experts, community builders, and parents. The founding principle of bloom is to support the needs of modern families value maintaining a nontraditional life/workflow. Each member of our team has a strong desire to support families who are facilitating some of life's most intricate responsibilities.
Our founders firmly believe in fostering a community of support for families who are adapting to a new normal as the dynamics between working, living, and loving their families changes. Children's Space
Report
Our groups are tiny - a total of no more than six children each day with two or more adults. This allows us to offer an unparalleled level of care and connection! As a mixed age group, younger children will learn from their older friends, while the more seasoned children gain confidence in their ever growing abilities!
Community
Report
Emily is a research assistant and the executive coordinator to a NYC based executive search firm. Her husband Ryan's research and development work for Modern Meadow brought the Kaesser's from Missouri, where Emily worked in real estate, to Brooklyn two years ago. Emily and Ryan currently reside in Montclair with their daughter (1), and senior pup Yadi (8 and 1/2).

Bloom is such an important part of my family's life. We come 3x a week for 4 hours. For my daughter, this is one of her happiest places to be in the world. She is attached to me at the hip.until we pull up to bloom. She starts wiggling with excitement to get to see her friends, and her teachers, Sarah and Amanda.

For the past 10+ years, Amanda has worked in the Early Childhood Education field. Her classroom experience ranges from private, charter to public school settings. After years of classroom experience and hands on mentoring of student teachers, Amanda transitioned to teacher training and community culture development for an international childcare group.
