Without thermal imaging, some things go unseen, which is why we scan for trouble spots with every home inspection.
Being able to see what other home inspectors only guess about gives you confidence that you are truly buying your home with "eyes wide open". While thermal cameras can't "see through walls", thermal images can help reveal problems with moisture (which may be conducive to mold, decay, and termites), electrical issues, deficient insulation, HVAC problems, and it even at times can reveal hidden structural issues.

Cal-Pro Inspections provides easy to read computer generated reports that include digital photos and can come in an attractive three ring binder with an included home owner maintenance manual for an additional fee (optional).
Pricing

All fees are payable at the time of inspection. If payment is not received at the time of inspection or you prefer that the bill be paid through escrow there will be an additional $100 charge. An additional $35 fee will be added to any inspection located more than 55 miles from our office. Inspection fees start at a minimum of $350.00 for a single family residence under 1000 sq ft. and includes Thermal Imaging.
