Services
Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cell therapy uses regenerative medicine to repair joint and tissue damage. This treatment promotes natural healing for shoulders, knees, hips, and spine conditions. Patients benefit from reduced pain and improved mobility without surgery, addressing chronic issues like arthritis and sports injuries effectively.
Joint Manipulation
Joint manipulation realigns inflamed tissues to relieve pain from poor posture or injury. Our specialists use controlled force to improve spinal and joint function. This non-invasive technique helps restore mobility and reduce nerve pressure, complementing other pain management strategies for lasting results.
Minimally Invasive Procedures
Minimally invasive procedures treat chronic pain with techniques like spinal cord stimulators and EMG/NCV testing. These outpatient treatments target nerve damage and musculoskeletal issues precisely. Patients experience faster recovery compared to surgery while maintaining effectiveness for complex pain conditions.
In-Office Injections
In-office injections deliver anti-inflammatory medication directly to affected joints or nerves. Treatments include epidural steroids and facet joint injections for arthritis or injury. This approach provides rapid pain relief while avoiding systemic side effects, often combined with other therapies for comprehensive care.
Sports Medicine
Sports medicine focuses on injury prevention and performance optimization for athletes. We use EMG/NCV diagnostics and tailored rehabilitation plans to address sports-related musculoskeletal issues. Treatments accelerate recovery from sprains, strains, and overuse injuries while minimizing downtime through non-surgical interventions.

I went in because I have 3 fractures in my lower back. My appointment was at a certain time I got there early. 15 minutes after my appointment time I went to go ask how much longer I would have to wait since I cant sit for long periods of time. The lady upfront said she didnt know what I wanted her to do that I could just walk cause there was 6 more patients in front of me. Im sorry but if I have 3 broken bones in my back theres no way I can just walk around. Needless to say I told her to cancel my appointment and shred my information she had of me. Very rude lady and now my pain

Dr. Perl's approach to medical practice is to say the least, outstanding! She takes approaches in medicine that place most other physicians in the little leagues. Highly experienced, but also has a keen precision in ruling out what is not present to determine indeed, what are the root causes. I am indebted to Dr. Perl for giving me back my upper body physical resilience and strength. Thanks!
