We are a boutique beachfront condominium complex located on Maui's beautiful Sugar Beach. Located right in the heart of Maui, you can watch the sun rise over Haleakala, enjoy Maui's finest swimming beach, and have a front row seat in paradise to view our spectacular sunsets. Evenings are especially enjoyable as guests gather around the patio area to relax with a favorite beverage, and barbeque their evening meal.

For reservations made online, your discount will be applied automatically. Please call our on-site reservationist for assistance in completing your reservation or with any questions at 808-879-2624. Looking for a last minute getaway? Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will receive our lowest PEAK SEASON rate with no restrictions on minimum length of stay (subject to availability).

At stoplight -- Turn right on N. Kihei Rd -- go 0.4 mile (continue through next stoplight). Kihei Sands is on your left -- turn into one of two driveways entering our parking lot Total distance: 9.0 miles -- approx. So easy - all you have to do is just show up to your booked unit anytime after the 3:00 HST check-in time on your arrival day.

Reservations with occupancy in excess of the rules stated above shall incur a $35 fee per night, per additional occupant, added to the per diem rate. There is no additional charge for children under two years of age. NOTE: Additional guests found occupying a condo NOT previously registered with Rental Management shall be subject to a $50 fee per night, per additional occupant, added to the per diem rate.

2. Are beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas available? We have a community area under our stairway by the patio with a large variety of beach gear. We have pool noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. These are for all guests to use during their stay with us on a first come/first served basis.
