Tom at AmeriSure did a very thorough inspection of my new roof. I had several concerns about the quality of the installation, and he took the time to explain many details about how a good roof system works. His report included photos pinpointing areas that needed immediate correction. I now feel confident approaching the contractor with the expectation that he will correct problems Tom discovered. If not for his report my roof would not have adequate air circulation, causing it to fail prematurely.

If your looking for a home inspection in the Lancaster county area, I would certainly suggest Tom. He inspected a home we recently purchased and did a very professional job. Tom goes out of his way to explain not only the problems that come up during an inspection, but also specific home functionalities that an owner may want to know when purchasing a new home.
