Services
Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate structural integrity, mechanical systems, and potential safety hazards. We identify maintenance needs and material defects while providing same-day reports with photographic documentation. Our on-foot roof assessments ensure accurate defect identification that drone inspections might miss, helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
Radon Testing
We conduct continuous 48-hour radon level monitoring using calibrated equipment. Early canister deployment options accommodate tight closing timelines while maintaining PA DEP certification standards. Test results help clients address potential health risks associated with radioactive gas accumulation in residential and commercial properties.
Wood-Destroying Insect Inspections
Licensed inspectors examine properties for visible signs of termite infestations, carpenter ant activity, and other wood-destroying organisms. Our detailed reports document current damage and potential risks, supporting negotiation processes during property transactions while meeting lending institution requirements for pest assessment documentation.
Water Testing
We offer comprehensive water testing packages including bacterial contamination checks, mineral content analysis, and contaminant screening. Our FHA-compliant testing ensures safe drinking water standards while specialized packages address specific property concerns, providing essential information for well water users and home buyers.
Commercial Inspections
Tailored commercial property assessments cover structural systems, mechanical components, and regulatory compliance requirements. Hourly rate structure accommodates varying property sizes and complexity levels, with separate reporting fees ensuring transparent cost management for investment property transactions.

Having our home inspection with David from ARTI Home Inspections was like having a puzzle master unlock all the riddles of our brand new house. As a first time home buyers, there were so many unknowns we were stressed about, but David did an incredible job explaining everything in a friendly and precise manner. From the crawlspaces to the attic, all our questions were answered. He even gave us some fantastic advice on a few items that will definitely end up saving us a lot of money in the long run. To top it all off, the easy-to-read and very well organized inspection report is basically a cheat

I chose ARTI because of my friend's recommendation. I was told that David had a Master's degree in Engineering from UPenn and he did all inspections himself. It proved to be one of my best decision. David was professional and thorough. You can trust him because he always gives you his independent opinions. I would highly recommend him. If I need another home inspection any time, I'll definitely use ARTI again.

I've worked with ARTI Home Inspection three times (one residential property, two rentals) and am impressed with the service every time. David is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the business and his reports provide exactly what I need to make decisions and move forward with a property deal. Meticulous in detail while also capturing the big picture; efficient turn-around in delivering the report, too. Both he and his wife Tina are a pleasure to work with.
