Record high temps in May and of course the AC starts acting up. Dale was the only that responded to all my messages and squeezed us in the same day. He stayed late working our unit to make sure it would work. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend calling him for service. He was very honest and very reasonable with his prices.

I have called Absolute 1st Choice on several occasions, for both heating and AC, at a small condo and a single family home. On most occasions, they were able to make repairs on the same day. For larger projects, work was scheduled within the week. I appreciate that they explain what's wrong with the unit, and what the options are with repairing and replacement .

Dale was extremely thorough in installing our new boiler, addressing our concerns in a timely manner and making a trip back to make sure everything was working properly. He was respectful of our time and space during installation, and my kids loved interacting with him. Honest man and honest prices.

Dale fit me in to his very busy schedule & fixed my AC! He was very helpful & very reasonably priced. When Dale arrived it was 90 degrees in my house, so my dog & I were sitting on the driveway looking for relief from the heat. You saved us, thank you so much! He also taught us a few maintenance things to keep things going in the future. He went above and beyond my expectations.
