All-Star Realty Associates is a small independent real estate office located in downtown Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, which is in the Northwestern quadrant of the State of South Carolina next to the North Carolina line. Our area is considered the "foothills of the mountains" and we have a nice mixture of hills and flatland, plus a view of the Appalachian Mountains from much of the county while only being 3 to 4 hours to the beach!
We have very little snow fall during the winters, which are mostly mild. We are also far enough away from the East coast to not suffer direct hits by hurricanes.
