Southwest Family Physicians, Inc. (SWFP) is proud to have served the community for over 40 years! Our story begins in 1972 when we formed one of the first urgent care centers. Here we brought together physicians committed to excellence in medical care. We have continued to reside in this same convenient location adjacent to Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio providing the highest standard of health care.
Through the years we have seen the need for ancillary services and have since added radiology, cardiology, and laboratory testing. We feel that having these services right in our office has truly improved our efficiency in diagnosing and treating, as well as offered convenience for our patients. We are familiar with many of the medical specialists in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and work closely with them to deliver the best medical care.
