Dr. P. Michael Pham completed his undergraduate degree in Genetics at the University of Western Ontario and his doctorate in optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He trained at the Veterans Affairs' medical centers in Huntington, WV and Gainesville, FL. His professional practice is focused on primary eye care and contact lenses.

We provide non-surgical eye care for adults and children 8 years and older, including contact lens, treatment of dry eye and ocular surface disease, glaucoma and cataract care, laser vision correction consultation, on site repair of eyeglasses and full service optical. Our office is a Medicare participating provider.

An e-mail confirmation and a phone call from us will help you remember the date. Need to cancel? Your courtesy will allow us adequate time to schedule other patients who need access to care.
