Water Damage Restoration
Our water damage restoration service addresses emergencies from burst pipes, flooding, and tropical storms. We provide 24/7 water extraction, structural drying, and complete restoration using industrial equipment. Our licensed technicians handle residential and commercial properties, ensuring thorough mitigation of moisture to prevent mold growth. With direct insurance billing and a 100% work guarantee, we prioritize rapid response to minimize property damage and client disruption.
Mold Remediation
Specialized mold remediation services target residential and commercial mold infestations caused by South Florida's humidity. Our certified team performs comprehensive inspections, containment, HEPA filtration, and safe disposal following EPA guidelines. We address hidden mold sources in drywall, insulation, and HVAC systems while providing post-remediation sanitization. With over 2,000 completed projects, we combine protective PPE protocols and moisture control solutions to ensure long-term mold prevention for client safety.
Fire Damage Restoration
Fire damage restoration includes structural repairs, smoke odor removal, and content cleaning after fire-related incidents. Our process involves debris demolition, thermal mapping for hidden heat damage, and ozone treatments for odor elimination. We coordinate with insurance providers while restoring affected areas to pre-loss condition. Emergency board-up services protect properties during assessment, and our in-house legal team assists with complex insurance negotiations to streamline client recovery.
Flood Cleanup
Flood cleanup services address water intrusion from hurricanes, tropical storms, and plumbing failures. We deploy submersible pumps and industrial dehumidifiers for rapid water removal, followed by flooring replacement and drywall restoration. Our technicians document damage for insurance claims while preventing secondary mold issues. With 24/7 availability and temporary repair solutions, we minimize business downtime and residential displacement during comprehensive flood recovery operations.
Sewage Backup
Sewage backup remediation handles hazardous waste contamination with OSHA-compliant safety protocols. Our team uses chemical-resistant gear and antimicrobial treatments to sanitize affected areas, disposing of contaminated materials following environmental regulations. We restore damaged flooring and plumbing systems while providing air quality testing to ensure habitable conditions. Emergency response includes containment barriers to prevent cross-contamination during thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties.

I know the owner of Restoration Experts my entire life. I know him to be honest, fair, friendly as well as a knowledgeable person. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised if you hire his company. If he's anyway the same in business as he is individually, you'll be happy!
