Our child advocates come from all walks of life and have one thing in common: the desire to improve the lives of vulnerable children in our community. CASA advocates help protect at-risk children in some of King County's toughest custody cases. Did you know innocent children in high-conflict custody cases need your help?
Most are less than five years old. Their cases commonly involve at least three major safety risks and they need someone to speak-up for them. A gift today can provide children with an advocate to put the spotlight on their needs and safety, and a program attorney to help the court establish a safe long-term plan for them.

About
Report
Our Mission Statement: Family Law CASA advocates for local children in high-risk custody cases so they have a chance for a safe, secure home life, significantly reducing the risk of abuse and neglect. Our Racial Equity Values Statement: At Family Law CASA, we exist in response to the family court system that disproportionately impacts BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) families.
Our Program
Report
These kids need a hero - someone to share their stories so the court can order services and structures for a safe, healthy future. Family law custody cases involve children caught in the middle of high-risk custody cases between their parents and sometimes their family members. Neither the child nor the parents receive state-provided supportive or protective services.
Our Board
Report
Family Law CASA is guided by an involved, dedicated and passionate Board of Directors, all of whom support the organization with generous contributions. This group of community and business leaders is responsible for financial oversight, goal setting, policy development, and fundraising. We are most grateful to our volunteer directors for their work in leading, strengthening and supporting CASA services for vulnerable children.

Previously, taxpayers were limited to a deduction of 60% of their Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) for charitable gifts of cash.
Multi-Year Giving
Report
We are excited to announce a multi-year gift campaign with an overall goal of raising $550,000 to ensure that Family Law CASA's work with children is able to continue thriving in the years to come. Your multi-year gift is a gift that keeps giving and has benefits for both you and Family Law CASA. It gives you the opportunity to watch the impact of your investment grow over time while also receiving a tax-deduction throughout the years.
