RV Park
The seasonal RV park provides 36 full hook-up sites with 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer connections. Sites accommodate both pull-through and back-in configurations. Amazing customer service, the pool is warm and relaxing. Our pet was able to walk with us no problem and was great in the room. Our kid loved the playground with the adjustable basketball hoop so he could play. It's one of the friendliest places I've ever stayed

Quiet rv park with good views of the mountains. Trees in some lots. We got lucky with one. If you want to stay the season you'll have to call at least a year in advance as it's a popular place to stay and be. Haven't used the facilities but they have restrooms, showers and laundry. Dog park is clean. We'll be back!

I thought this was a very cute spacious place. I couldn't believe this place was as nice as it was. I inspecting this place and found it to be amongst the top cleanest places in Pagosa. The front desk person was very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place for the suits. I didnt not get to walk around much but what i seen was very pleasant and also plenty of place to just sit down and relax at.
