I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS. Avoid Champion Alfa Romeo. I leased a car from Champion. Im very unsatisfied with the service and how I was treated at this location. First, the sales representatives were very rude when I was trying to lease my car. After I signed my lease, they told me that my car doesnt have a spare key and the owners manual. It happened after I signed the lease. They assured me that they will be dropping off these at my apartment or work. It has been 1 year since I got my car, I have been calling Champion to follow up with them and I still dont have

In short, beyond appalling service, false estimate given. Do not come here for Alfa service. Stood outside waiting 30 minutes before someone would talk to me (for a scheduled appointment). Service price was $400 more than estimate given over the phone. Declined service and requested car back. Initially would not give me a copy of the original estimate for my records.
