Dr. Alex knows what hes doing. Is he blunt and up front, absolutely. Youre not paying him to be your friend, youre paying him to help you reach your health and weight goals. Hes knowledge and his program works. I worked with him in 2019 and lost 35 pounds. I had my first child this past fall and now Im back to have him help me get this baby weight off. I highly recommend him and his program if youre ready to commit. The office is nice and very clean, the receptionist are always polite.

I understand Dr.Alex is known for telling people the problems they have and why they are overweight. How about being professional making sure your clients are confident that your going to help them reach their weight loss goals. Talking down on them, discouraging them, with the little progress they have already achieved; before coming across you for that extra boost to actually get to their goal. I dont recommend this doctor hes very rude! I will rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. The office was very clean however none of the staff had on a mask for Covid prevention.

Dr. Alex was very nice. He was very blunt and straight forward which I really liked that about him. He gave it to me raw and uncut because he wants the best for his patients.
