Patients are responsible to bring payment, in full, at the time of service. Payments are accepted by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only. If you have a Health Savings Account card, you are welcome to use that for payment. Please ask for an invoice after each visit for your records or to submit a claim to your insurance provider for some portion of reimbursement.

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our policies. For your first appointment our provider will dedicate 30-50 minutes, during which he will gather information and discuss your personal goals for treatment. By the end of your initial appointment, a treatment plan will be formulated. All scheduling is done by phone or in person.
