Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at Valor BJJ are broken into two separate class sessions and classes are offered both with and without the GI. Drill Class: Drill class is for students of all levels, but is geared towards the basic and fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
During this class there is no live sparring and the time is spent both learning new techniques to add to your game, and sharpening the fundamental movements and skills required to be a successful BJJ practitioner.The second session is Advanced Class.
