Victoria moved to Santa Barbara from Siberia, Russia in 2003. She graduated Santa Barbara City College in 2006 and received her Cosmetology License. Since then, she continued her education and certifications from various experts throughout the state of California, Chicago, New York, Russia and Italy.

Victoria uses the best Digital Machine method only for Soft Powder Effect and Hair Strokes. This Technique is more comfortable for the clients and less traumatic to the skin than Microblading. Lips and Eyeliner procedures are performed with minimal swelling. Victoria does not perform any correction services on existing Microblading areas.
