In 2010 Frances Blythe had a dream of working with brides and helping them get the look they had dreamed of. This led her to school to become a licensed esthetician. She also worked to perfect her skill level with makeup by taking additional classes, reading books of fundamental makeup artists, but most importantly lots of practice.
Frances also realized that in working with brides on their wedding day it is truly important to understand lighting for photos yet still maintaining a natural look in person. In 2013 Frances was introduced to Samantha Lopez who is a licensed cosmetologist. At this point, Beauty by Blythe was a full-service hair and makeup team.

We have all completed cosmetologist and or aesthetician school and trained in infection control and safe client practices. We have our licenses with the state board of cosmetology. All of our Artist have 5+ years of experience before they are considered to be part of our team. After a quote is generated and agreed on, we will send you a wedding contract and invoice for a 25% retainer.
