So I saw so many bad reviews regarding this bank and still decided to join due to the fact that my parents is with them. This credit you has to be one of the most unprofessional unorganized bank I have ever encountered. The phone system has not been working for some time now, I believe the staff has called ID hand chose to not answer the phone for certain people. The acting supervisor number which is the only way to get her, does not work. I have my direct deposit from my job going there and has been trying to get bill pay for weeks now. Not one person in the bank is able to help. The worst part

If I could give -1 I would. They are horrible. They always tell you they will call you back and they never do until you follow back up with them. To order any type of card whether it be a debit card or a credit card replacement FORGET ABOUT IT it will take weeks upon weeks to come in the mail being that they do not make debit cards on site. This is by far the worst credit union I have EVER USED. At the counter they do everything answer phones, help customers OPEN UP NEW BANK ACCOUNTS which is time consuming, then you have an entire line practically out the door ! It is a very very unorganized credit
