Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union offers college-bound high school seniors the opportunity to compete for the Patrick McNeill Memorial Scholarship. As a volunteer during the early years of the Credit Union, Pat McNeill dedicated his time and energy to serve others. Mr. McNeill was an original director of the credit union in 1969 and served on the Board of Directors for 12 years, three as President.
