If you will not be able to make it to class, you must cancel 2 hours before the start time, or you will be charged for the class. Yoga: Yoga can be used as an exercise method to strengthen and stretch your body. It can be taken a step further and release the body through the asanas, (poses) in order to free the mind through meditation, helping you to find a calmer more relaxed state of mind.

Pilates: The Pilates Method was developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. It has a strong emphasis on your core. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, helps flexibility and balance, and creates a more streamlined shape. Barre: This class is designed to give your muscles an intense workout, while remaining low impact.

Jennifer Garden: I started out as a professional Dancer, Singer, and Actress. I am a member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG - AFTRA. I performed on Broadway and all over the world, including Europe, Japan, and the Caribbean. I then turned to fitness. My fitness career started at The Lotte Berk Method Studio, in Greenwich, CT, where I was trained in The Lotte Berk Barre Method.
