Your body works because your brain communicates to your body through your spinal cord and out through nerve roots. EVERY nerve going to EVERY organ comes off of your spinal cord. Those nerves pass through very small openings at each spinal joint. If there is a bone out of place, this can affect the nerve going to or from any organ in your body.
