The lives of foster children can be filled with a lot of unrest and many don't have some basic necessities. Dr. Ferrell stepped in to fill that need and donated enough oral hygiene supplies for 100 local kids! Dr. Ferrell contributes a monthly column to Kids, a free magazine for families in Chester County.
