Since they sold the practice (which they did without telling all patients), their service has gone downhill significantly. They have billed me incorrectly twice now. The most recent time, I called afterwards and explained that I talked to my insurance and they billed with the wrong code on one item. They said they would call me back tomorrow. They never called me back. Now I've received the second bill with no attempts to talk to me or resolve this matter with my insurance.

The most wonderful Dentist and staff! Dr. Chu really takes care of her patients. Everyone makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. The entire team is very friendly and patient. Assistant Andrea especially is very helpful and kind to all the patients. I am glad to give them five stars

They are amazing, I have anxiety and they make it hundred percent easier to go and have less anxiety about being at the dentist. The staff is kind and friendly and listen to what you are saying and how you feel. Honestly love this dentist office!!!!
