I went to Bloom when the first opened and I had enrolled in their membership and they refused to honor their membership services or provide a refund leaving me out over $200. They blamed it wasnt within the month timespan when they wouldnt work with any available dates I had. Dr Greenhaw is incredibly unprofessional and their front desk staff is completely rude. I do not recommend this business and would advise going to other Med spas in Norman.

Worst Med spa in Norman. Rude and they do not honor services paid for. You will pay for a membership service but they will not uphold it and provide the service PAID for. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Save your money and go to another Med spa.

I absolutely love Andrea, the quality of her facials and her personality. I thought Id have them do my Botox and what a horrible experience. The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was bossy and rude and left me feeling like she thought I was not her level of clientele. If you like kind humans, who are skilled AND personable, go to SkinLab and see Stephanie or Lauren.
