I have had great experiences at the north location. 5 stars all the way. I ordered a package and didnt know there was a deadline to use the services. Went in today and they cant honor the last treatment because of the deadline to use. Very disappointed. If someone pays for a service, they should receive the service. Other than that, the North location is amazing, kind and welcoming. *I see the owners reply, however I was getting monthly treatments before my credit was to expire. Never once was that communicated to me when making my monthly appointments. I was never notified that it

I went in for a consultation for a tattoo removal and after taking a look she was able to give me a very reasonable quote and do the procedure on the same visit! The whole procedure only took a few minutes and she was extremely professional and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend Longevity.
