Mashcole currently manages multiunit apartment complexes throughout the State, with assets as far North as Fresno, South to Oceanside, East to Palm Desert and West to the sands of the beach. Each adult applicant is to fill out an application, describing their employment and residential history, credit information, and other general information which will be useful while deciding if the candidate is ideal for an apartment.Upon each application submittal, copies of current government-issued IDs are taken in addition to running a credit report for each adult and/or co-signer that applies.
