Wood is a Certified Property Manager and a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#01041829). Prior to forming his own company, Jim was General Manager of the Kamwood Company, a property management firm in Los Angeles.
Jim studied at California State University Northridge, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and at California State University Long Beach where he completed his studies in real estate. Jim is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is an active member of The Salvation Army.
