Donna at Byrd Tile is outstanding. She's personable and very helpful. I won't go into detail but Donna and Byrd Tile proved their superiority compared to their competition. The staff is accommodating and make sure you get what you need. They also beat the price of the same tile offered by their competition by a considerable amount.

Love this store and their many tile choices. Met Caroline when we started renovating our laundry room. Her patience was endless as I took my time checking out different samples. Our laundry room remodel led us to installing tile on our whole first floor, which led to backslashes in our laundry room, kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and game room.
