Pre-registration IS required to reserve your spot in class. In the case we need to limit attendance, those who are not pre-registered will be turned away. In case of class cancellations, only students who are pre-registered will be notified. You can cancel your reservation online without forfeiting the class up to 12 hours before class.

Late cancels or no shows forfeit the class. What if I am late? Moving forward, for the safety and security of everyone inside, we will be locking the front door at the start of class. If you arrive late, please refrain from pounding on the door and allow yourself adequate time next time. Do I have to wear a face mask?

Meditation is the quieting (not shutting down or turning off) of the mind in an attempt to relax one's thoughts and body. The goal of meditation is to become more aware of what is happening inside the mind, body, and surrounding environment. Research has demonstrated the physiological and psychological benefits of meditation.

Massage

Report

My specialty is in sports massage and offering pre and post event, recovery and ongoing maintenance massage to athletes and busy people who are working their bodies with sports training as well as daily life activities. My training was at The Soma Institute and was clinically-based to prepare me to treat specific muscular concerns of any client.
