Beth Major
Report
I consider it a joy and honor to teach yoga. I love facilitating a student's ability to connect mind, body and spirit and find the calm within. I am registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. I received my training through Alignment Yoga in Madison, Wisconsin. It was a privilege to have studied with Scott Anderson, the founder of Alignment yoga.
Christy Lui
Report
Christy came to yoga over 30 years ago when it seemed like an interesting way to get a required PE credit in college. That small taste led to a lifetime of exploring what yoga had to offer - from flexibility and fitness in her twenties, to stamina and stress reduction when kids entered the picture, and then later through health and emotional challenges.
