Pilates Sol clients love our private studios, amazing teachers, and top of the line equipment. Pilates Sol was the first exclusively private Pilates studio in downtown Pittsburgh. Our instructors are all comprehensively certified or going through an extensive certification program completing more than 450 hours of training.

Getting started is easy at Pilates Sol. We have everything online to make the process quick and easy. Go to the Schedule page and choose what session fits what you're looking for. If you are still having doubts or concerns please call or e-mail us to get your first session scheduled. We'll work with you to set up a convenient time any day of the week.

He realized, back in the 1930's that for total health that we need to expose ourselves to different kinds of exercise experiences. Some need to be energetic, powerful, strenuous, while others need to be relaxing, quiet and peaceful.

We're happy to share our beautiful private space with other positive movement enthusiasts! Rent the studio and have the whole place to yourself. Teachers can use the space as they want. Join a Zoom class or have a Private Zoom session with your favorite instructor from anywhere in the world. Teach others over Zoom or in the studio and grow your own personal business.
