Therefore, each individual needs a prescriptive fitness plan specifically designed to address these components. Emphasis is placed on safe, smart movement with the appropriate balance of risk vs reward.

STOTT PILATES exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. It develops optimal neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability, while balancing muscular strength with flexibility. All of our instructors are trained and certified in the STOTT PILATES method and are thoroughly engaged in your success.

Parking is ample and free! Please drive to back of the building and use either the elevator (accessed thru the elevator lobby on the ground floor) or the stairs to access our main entrance on the top floor at the rear of the building. Additional free parking is available in the rear parking lot of Coast restaurant, 111 West Paces Ferry, adjacent to our building.

Although we are physically apart, our community coming together is how we will endure this crisis. We are here for you with your health and wellness in mind. Mat or Reformer based 50 minute session using Zoom. Full access to our private Vimeo library of a wide variety and level of mat and reformer based classes including yoga, pilates with a Physical Therapist, fascial movement and Zen-GA.
