AMT School's main campus is 15 minutes from Miami Beach, 1 hour from the Florida Keys, and 4 hours from Disney World.

The A&P Exam Courses will prepare the student to pass the FAA A&P Exams and obtain the FAA A&P Ratings. The IA Course will prepare the student to pass the FAA IA Authorization Exam and obtain the FAA IA. Our Aircraft Familiarization Courses meet the Aircraft Specific Familiarization Course Requirements of ATA 104.
A&P Courses

This course will prepare you to pass your A&P Written, Oral and Practical Exams and obtain your FAA A&P Ratings. This is our most comprehensive A&P refresher course. This is an instructor guided structured hands-on classroom, shop / aircraft intensive course.
This course includes an on-line preparation specific to the FAA Written Exams that may be completed from any computer, smartphone or tablet worldwide saving the student money in loss of work time, hotel stay and food.This course also includes AMT School's Oral Exam Study Guide. This course is offered once a month (see our course schedule).

A&P Licensing Steps

Interview with an FAA Inspector and obtain the FAA sign-off / FAA Form 8610-2 permission to test. Out of state and international students complete step 3 prior to step 2. Register in our FAA A&P Preparation Course and begin the online preparation portion of the course. Out of state and international students will complete step 3 prior to step 2.
A&P Written Exams

FREE FAA WRITTEN EXAMS TO AMT STUDENTS SCORING 100% / AMT SCHOOL is the only school that offers this. After you have obtained the FAA's permission to test (FAA approved form 8610-2) you will be ready to take your FAA Written Exams. You will need to pass the FAA Written Exams prior to taking the Oral & Practical Exams.
IA Courses

This course will prepare you to pass your I.A. Inspection Authorization Exam and obtain your I.A. License. This course includes the ASA Prepware, AMT School IA Test Prep Book the recently revised ASA I.A. Test Prep Book, the A.C. 43-13 Book and the FAA-G-8082-11 Book.
This is a hands-on classroom, on-line (only offered by AMT School) and computer lab intensive course (you must hold your A&P for 3-years prior to being eligible to obtain your I.A.).AMT School guarantees that if you fail your I.A. Exam after completing the One (1) Week Course, AMT School will provide you with additional instruction at no extra cost for a period of up to 2-years until you pass your I.A. Exam.
