Dont expect much from this group as far as customer service and responsiveness is concerned. How to call 3 times to get a rep to call me back. Then the rep was a hour late and played it off like they were so busy getting a proposal out. 4 weeks later now and 3 calls and no bid received.
Cant imagine the experience if there was a warranty issue. Have no clue how these guys have 4 stars. 1 star for service, responsiveness and follow through.

Fantastic company from start of project to finishing install. Very knowledgeable. We had a project under strict time constraints and they made it work with very little time for such a large project.

Almost $200 JUST to come out and check your lock just to replace it and then an extra $100 an hour. As a business. You want a flat fee and one price for everything. They tripping.
