My s/o and I had a bottom of barrel experience here. We were sold a car that is certified pre-owned and was told no issues were on the car. At the time of purchase Troy the finance manager tried to take advantage and sell a warranty on a car that already is under warranty; if you are a woman please be aware this dealership likes to take advantage. Not a week later has passed since delivery of the vehicle when the engine light came on. My s/o informed the service department and brought the car in the next day and was told wed be ready by a certain date and they would have communication between

This dealership is the best from the manager, sales associate to financial department. They were with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond in helping me and my husband purchase both of our vehicles. Brian Williams was able to get us the numbers we needed to work with and Donnie Stephens got us in our vehicles. They were all very patient, courteous & kind especially when both of our vehicles we out as loaners. It took them a few days to play fetch the vehicles and switch out the loaners.
