At Xtasea Sport Fishing Charters on Lake Michigan, you are surrounded by expert fisherman, a safe experience, and lots of fun. Whether a family outing, hanging out with friends or a corporate fishing excursion, you are guided by 3 US Coast Guard Licensed Captains on staff, and you will usually find 2 of them on each trip which makes our charter boat one of the safest fishing boats on the water.

Whether it is your first time fishing on Lake Michigan or you are a seasoned fisherman, we provided a list of questions we get asked regularly. The Boat may carry a MAXIMUM of six (6) passengers & we are Licensed & Insured properly for that amount only. For larger groups we have other boats that work with us and we can provide for any sized group/event.
What To Bring
Report
Illinois Fishing License with a Great Lakes Salmon Stamp or a 24 hour Illinois Great Lakes License, which includes the stamp, is necessary to board and catch fish on Lake Michigan. Bring sun glasses. Preferably polarized fishing glasses to lesson the sun's glare that reflects off the water. You'll need to keep your eyes open for the ones that jump.
