Honestly I lost weight with them which is great. However, the one time I waited here for 3 hours for a 5 minute convo for the doctor. Now Ive been waiting several weeks for them to sort it my medication and what not. Ive called three times was told all three times Id get a call back but didnt. They got two stars because they did put me on a medication that helped my weight loss but missing out on three because of how slow they are and the poor communication.
