Three bedroom, three bath and four bedroom, four bath townhomes located on Wesley Place, in the Meador Drive area. Each unit contains all stainless steel appliances including the electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Report

Rent is due on the first day of every month, with a grace period in place through the 5th of the month. A late fee of $25.00 is applied to any account having a balance after the 5th of the month. After the 11th of the month, an additional late fee of 10% of the total rent amount is charged. Applicants must meet an income requirement of three (3) times the rent amount per month, with three months of proof of income documentation.
