They gave me a half working apartment. It was so much needed to be fixed and cleaned once I moved in. The sinks are not updated nor are a lot of their appliances. I believe something is wrong with my wiring because my lights keep blowing and they are putting the wrong bulbs in instead of getting the right long ones. Make sure you do a good walk thorough before moving in. Because clearly they will give you anything even if its not a great condition apartment. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

Worst apartment complex ever. Everything under the sun was wrong with my apartment. Not suitable for anybody to live in. The property manager should be ashamed at how they allow people to move in these half done apartments. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I havent even been here 6 months. Needs major upgrade on everything. Everything is extremely old and barely or not working at all.

Very unprofessional after a month of waiting to move in they told me they need some more information.. when I already payed my deposit and administration fee..if I didn't send them an email I would be waiting to move for the rest of my life..HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND..

Do NOT move here! I am currently still waiting for corporate to call me. The office staff is TERRIBLE! So heres my story. I started the process in April. Its now about to be August! Kris gave me a unit 2 weeks ago. She changed my unit 3 days prior to the move without telling me. Alabama Power had to call and tell me that the landlord was requesting service there instead. Now today is the day that I was supposed to sign my lease but Kris called me today stating that the contractors had not even been to the newly reassigned unit and that Id have to be wait until at least next week. I recently moved in a month ago and its already turning out to be the worst experience i ever had in any living situation the maintenance men are rude within a month of me staying here my air has went completely out and not to
mention its just not the air that need to be fixed its soooo many things wrong with this apartment i wouldnt suggest a dog to stay here and thats just the truth & its may days are getting hotter and i also have a kid with health conditions the maintenance man came out after hours rushing to get in and out of my apartment dont want to get anything done

I am so glad that we terminated our lease early and are moving from these apartments. We ALWAYS have to call multiple times to get anything handled, but this last time was ridiculous. We have been waiting an entire week to get our sink fixed. If you turn on the water, water sprays all over the kitchen. Then isn't an emergency to them so the problem hasn't been fixed and I keep getting told, "it'll be fixed tomorrow." We can't cook or wash dishes, and the dishes that have been dirty this whole week are stinking up the apartment. They keep raising the rent, but NOTHING is improving here.
