The staff and Dr. Caspe, are very pleasant and easy-going and very personable I actually enjoy going to the office and getting a check up or advice on health or medical or medication makes it really easy and Dr. Caspe, is a persons doctor people doctor. Dr. Caspe, is always willing to take the additional time necessary to answer any of your questions and guide you in the direction that you both agree fit for yourself highly recommend.

I wanted to write this review to share my experiences with this doctors office. I have no issue with the doctor himself but an issue with his staff. They ignore phone calls and put you on hold and then after waiting for over 20 min they hang up on you. I will call during work hours and they won't answer, I leave a message with my name and phone number and they never get back to me. The only way I can ever get anything done is when I physically walk into the office to schedule an appt. It is time consuming and annoying. When I was in the office scheduling an appt I saw girls at the front desk continuing

I drive over 130 miles to see Dr. Caspe. He is wonderful! He takes the time to listen and to explain his diagnosis. He will always be upfront and just has a great attitude! The drive I make to go see him is worth it!

Dr. Caspe is very personable and takes the time to listen and is not one who is quick to recommend drugs but recommends things such as lifestyle changes. I have been to other doctors who just want to push drugs. Not this doctor.

I have never experienced a more unprofessional place in my entire life. I would like to give this clinic 0 stars. Theodore Caspe was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I felt as though I was treated with complete disrespect. This doctor does not care for his patient's and does not know how to individualize each appointment/ care to the specific patient.
I am still in shock by how I was treated. He invalidated my concerns and insulted me throughout the entire time of my appointment. I was very uncomfortable. I do not know how he has a license to treat
