Vitality Dental
Vitality Dental is a patient-driven dental practice located in Donelson - Nashville, TN. Over the past 50 years we have intuitively accommodated our patients' wants and needs through personalized care. Dr. Michael Oakes is our wonderful owner and is a servant-hearted individual who genuinely cares about the patient experience.

Dr. Tyler Holmes has been passionate about dentistry since a young age when his own general dentist and orthodontist helped him achieve his ideal smile. Biannual exams and cleanings are more than just the chance to polish your teeth. We scan your entire mouth for signs of any serious oral health problems (cavities, gum disease, oral cancer, etc) and address issues early on.

About Us

Vitality Dental has put its patients first for more than 50 years. Though our location and name have changed, the soul of our practice has remained the same. At our very core, we are just as committed to our patients as we were when Dr. John Lloyd (who is still a patient today) started the practice.

Services
Report
We want you to not only have a beautiful smile, but also a healthy, fully-functional one. Our restorative dentistry services include full mouth restorations, dental implants, bridges, crowns, fillings, and more. Are you almost satisfied with your smile? Do you just need a few enhancements to finally have the smile of your dreams?
Dental Implants
Report
Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. Multiple implants can be placed at once if necessary.
Restorative Dentistry
Report
Over time our teeth begin to weaken and become more susceptible to problems such as decay, cracks, discoloration and other issues. If you feel your smile isn't what it once was, crowns can help you recover the structure of your teeth. If your dentist notices that a tooth is decayed or seems weakened/cracked a crown may be necessary to make sure that there are no additional problems with the tooth.
