We had a complicated sale, prolonged escrow no fault of buying or selling side, and were buying from out of state to move here. Patie and her team were great, very responsive, willing to listen, and when escrow didnt close on time she even invited our family to stay with her! Thats going the extra mile.

Patie Millen and her team are amazing to work with. When buying my home it was hard for me to find a realtor that gave me the time of day because I was not buying a half million dollar home. Patie and her team (Allie and Marla) were the first and only realtor we consulted because we immediately received professional and personal service in helping us relocate from California to S. Oregon. Especially helpful was the setting up of multiple homes to tour, so we could get the most value from our travel time while juggling work schedules. Allie went the extra mile to video more details about a home so we could decide if a trip to see it was worth it. The home ended up being the one we knew was right. Patie helped us negotiate an offer that was immediately accepted. We couldn't be happier
