Brought my desktop in because it had been running slow and I suspected the hard drive was about to go out the window. Chris was able to get it in almost immediately, diagnose the issue (surprise, it was the hard drive), and look into other issues I was having with it. Needless to say, with how professional he was with everything and the way more inexpensive price I was charged compared to what I was expecting, I would definitely bring any system I'm having issues with to them again!

Had a friend take her laptop in that had a black screen when powering on. From what she was told it would be anywhere from 150$+ to fix, and was also told the motherboard was broken. A reboot through BIOS recovery fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Although Im sure your services are great, I dont agree with charging $150+ for an easy 30 minute fix.

They have negotiated with Apple for me and walked me through ordering accessories for which they received no money. That is great customer service.
