The Legal Limit is 35' Duffy Downeast which is powered by a 300hp John Deer diesel and cruses at 17-18 knts. The vessel has been custom rigged with duel anchors for wreck and bottom fishing. Cape May fishing will never be the same after you experience your fisrt trip on the Legal Limit. Our boat is perfect for a variety of fishing trips including local back bay family fishing or a longer deep sea fishing off-shore fishing trip.

T.J. has been fishing Tuckerton and Cape May N.J. for over 20 years. He is a licensed Coast Guard 50 ton Master. The Capt. is a very down to earth friendly person that loves to take kids and beginners fishing. He is a top notch Captain that will work hard to make your fishing trip a memorable one. The Captain has years of experience in fishing all species of fish.

Sneakers or boat shoes are a must, Alcohol is permitted, 6 BEERS ONLY and in cans only, we ask that it is kept to a minimum. If any passengers appear to be over intoxicated, the trip will be terminated immediately without refund. Please add 15-20% tip for mates aboard during your trip. The balance must be paid in full before the boat leaves the dock.

We now are pleased to offer our burial at sea services, a dignified, environmentally responsible and economical option for interment of your loved one. We provide for our captains to spread your loved one's cremated ashes in a scenic location off the coast of New Jersey, either unaccompanied by friends and family (our most economical option), or with up to 6 passengers on board.
