Our goal at Fitness 54 is that you'll never have to wait for a piece of cardio equipment again! With more than 60 hi-tech treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent cycles, ellipticals, and ascent trainers, you'll be able to start your cardio workout quickly. A wall-full of flat screen TV's and your own headset can tune you in to whatever program will make the time you spend improving your cardio conditioning fly by.

Fitness 54 offers, at a slight additional cost, personal trainers to help you on your fitness quest. We provide our members with certified, professional coaches. They eat, breathe, and live fitness in their everyday lives. Personal Trainers teach you the proper way to achieve your goals. They also make you more motivated, more accountable, and more committed than working out alone.

ARTHRITIS: Suitable for every fitness level. This class begins with a 7 - 10 minute warm-up followed by aerobic exercises, and strength & flexibility training with the option to use provided equipment. Ending with 5 - 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation. These exercises promote full range of motion for all major muscle groups and joints.
