What makes The Refinery special? Our team of world class trainers and support staff. We are passionate about helping individuals of all ages and ability achieve their personal fitness goals. After graduating from the University of North Carolina, where she was a four-year starter on the women's tennis team, Freddy began her business career as a financial analyst with Security Capital Atlantic.

At approximately 12,000 square feet, The Refinery offers unique training spaces, including an outdoor covered training area and a 40-yard indoor training track.

Build lean muscle and burn fat with our high-intensity, full-body Build & Burn classes. The perfect combination of HIIT cardio, strength, and core in a challenging 55-minute workout. Build & Burn features four training zones: two strength-based zones with FitBenches, dumbbells, kettlebells and two cardio zones utilizing treadmills, rowers, and bikes.

Personalized group training with workouts specifically designed to build functional strength and lean muscle. Just like private training at a fraction of the cost, with the added motivation of workout partners. Training sessions include an active dynamic warmup, followed by strength and muscle toning exercises, and end with a HIIT cardio finisher to help burn fat.
