Never had any complaints. Whenever I need to file a claim, or ask a question about my coverage, or get some help negotiating with a claims adjustor, a quick call to Lisa Davis's office and I get all the help I need.
Minus one star for trying to sell me insurance I didn't really want... but I'm pretty sure that would be the case with all insurance agents the world over. And most agents I've had in the past sorta forget about you once you sign the contract. This one doesn't.
